For exact-time delivery (within 30 min window), select "timed delivery" at checkout — additional $10 fee. We do not currently offer pre-noon delivery on weekends.
Need it in the next 2 hours? Call (818) 919-5393. We do same-day rush for $25 extra. We've delivered to weddings 90 minutes after the call, hospital bedside in 45 minutes, and engagement proposals timed to the minute.
Flowers are perishable. Here's what happens when the recipient isn't available:
If a second attempt fails, the order is forfeited unless you contact us within 48 hours to arrange a third attempt ($15 fee).
Flowers are seasonal and perishable. If a specific stem isn't available the morning of delivery, we substitute with flowers of equal or greater value, in the same color family and style. We never substitute with lower-quality alternatives.
If you have strict preferences (no specific flower, allergy concerns, all-organic), tell us in the order note or call within 30 minutes of ordering.
We deliver in light rain. We do not deliver in extreme conditions including:
If weather prevents delivery, we'll contact you to reschedule the next available day at no extra cost.
We deliver to most LA-area hospitals (Cedars-Sinai, UCLA, Providence, Kaiser, etc.). Many ICUs and oncology floors restrict fresh flowers — please verify the unit allows them before ordering. If denied, we'll redeliver to the recipient's home at no charge.
We deliver to all major LA hotels. Include the guest's full name and check-in dates. Most hotels hold flowers at concierge for pickup. We coordinate directly with hotel staff for in-room placement upon request.
For funeral and memorial deliveries, include the service date and time, deceased's name, and funeral home address. We confirm with the funeral home before dispatch.

You'll receive:
Handwritten on luxury card stock. 200 characters max. We won't write anything offensive, threatening, or that appears to harass the recipient — at our discretion.
We do not currently deliver outside of the Greater Los Angeles area. For international gifting, we partner with Interflora in 140+ countries. Contact us for an introduction.
