• Payment information — handled entirely by Stripe; we never see or store your card number
• Newsletter signups — email and (optionally) anniversary or birthday date
• Press / wholesale inquiries — name, company, role, phone, email, project details
• Wedding consultation requests — date, venue, budget range, palette preferences

1.2 Information collected automatically

• Device & browsing data — IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring URL, pages visited, time on page
• Cookies & similar technologies — see Section 7
• Analytics — aggregate website usage data via Google Analytics (if enabled)

1.3 Information from third parties

• Order data forwarded from Uber Eats, Grubhub, or DoorDash when you place an order through those platforms
• Identity verification from Stripe (for fraud prevention)
• Mailchimp interaction data (opens, clicks) if you're on our newsletter

• Fulfill and deliver your order, including communicating with the recipient when necessary
• Process payment via Stripe and detect fraud

Our lawful basis for processing is contract performance (for orders) and legitimate interest (for security and analytics). For marketing, we rely on your consent — which you can withdraw at any time.

• Order records — retained for 7 years for tax and accounting purposes
• Newsletter subscriptions — until you unsubscribe
• Anniversary reminders — until you ask us to delete them
• Inquiry records — 24 months from last contact
• Website analytics — 26 months (Google Analytics default)

7. Cookies

We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies:
